Pair of Candlesticks

Pair of Incredibly tactile steampunk brass and iron candlesticks from the mid 19th Century but with a modern Brutalist feel. Likely made from shell casings and shrapnel. Stamped 'SOUVENIR. CAMP. DE.CHALONS. A military camp created at the behest of Napoleon Ill which opened August 30, 1857 during the Second French Empire.
