Bauhaus School desk from 1930s Germany. Designed during the interwar period, when forms of industrial production were developing in response to material innovations, and resulting in a renaissance of utilitarian and domestic design. Sleek and function-forward, the desk features three capacious drawers, metal framework and hardware with black rectangular surface top.
